The Gables Cabernet Sauvignon

Wynns Coonawarra Estate The Gables Cabernet Sauvignon is named after the estate's famous three gabled winery, whose image has adorned their wine labels for more than 50 years.

Small parcels of grapes are selected from across Coonawarra. After fermentation, most of the wine is aged in seasoned French oak, including large vats and smaller barrels. A proportion remains in tank to retain freshness.

Dark red purple, Wynns Coonawarra Estate The Gables Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavours, soft yet succulent acidity and super fine tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
